First Victory is a commercial and residential developer in the North Atlanta and North Georgia areas, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Our founder, Mack Fowler, began the company developing residential homes. From there he branched to developing land for residential subdivisions. Commercial development was a natural step after that.
First Victory is now headed by the founder's son, Travis Fowler. In 1997, Mr. Fowler’s son joined the team. His knowledge of the industry, excellent project management skills, and strict management of cost control have made him a real asset to the company.
The company has expanded its successful business strategies and extensive resources to the Home Improvement and Remodeling Industry. Mr. Fowler's goal is to bring the high standards and professionalism expected by large developments to the local homeowner.
